Favourite track from the '80s?
Honestly, it's a tough one, and I'm incapable of picking one song or movie in any scenario! Prince - Purple Rain. An amazing composer and performer, he was just a step above most artists and could have been a successful musician at any time in history.
Talking Heads - This Must Be The Place. This is just a feel-good tune that lifts the spirits every time!
NWA - Straight Outta Compton. Last but not least, this was ground-breaking. It brought hip-hop into a new era, all while spitting some amazing lyrics and challenging the status quo of hip-hop and society's racial injustices.
What does your day-to-day look like at Spark?
Interacting with sales, engineers, customers, and tech leads to build, deliver and maintain positive customer relationships.
What's your favourite way to wind down after a long day?
Bodhran, a glass of red breast, and a walk with the dog.
Spark is a fully remote company with an office in Dublin and Malaga. How do you manage work-life balance?
I sometimes struggle to separate work and my evening time, but overall it's great! It gives me amazing flexibility just at a time in my life when I need it. Spark places faith and maturity in me to get my job done, but in my way and on my terms.
If you could do any other job at Spark, which one would it be?
Head of Culture. It doesn't exist, but I might be able to will it into existence.
How do you find Spark fits within the tech world currently?
Offering an amazing array of talent to the market, we are proving to be leaders of Technology in the market. We also have a team that can provide quality delivery and transformation from product consultancy to our data and AI solutions.
